Description

The Template component can be integrated into all templating options of the Grid:

  • ClientTemplate() and EditorTemplateComponentName() to set the desired column template and custom editor.
  • ClientRowTemplate() and ClientAltRowTemplate() to customize the layout and appearance of the rows.
  • ClientDetailTemplate() to show additional information when the user expands the Grid rows.
  • ClientTemplate() of the ToolBar() configuration to set tup the desired toolbar commands.

This demo illustrates how to use the Template component to create a CSP-compatible Grid that has a detail template with a child Grid. Also, it demonstrates how to display Avatar in a specified column template with the help of the Template component.
