The Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core Editor supports a variety of editing options including an inline editing mode. Inline editing enables you to edit the data upon a row Edit button click and save the changes that have been made.
This example shows how to use the Core Editor to edit parts of the page inline and at the same time keep the real layout and appearance. To turn on the inline editing mode of the Editor, set the .Tag("param")
configuration, where the param
parameter has to be a valid contentEditable
element as the div
used in this demo. If the Tag
attribute is not set, the WYSIWYG editor will be rendered in its default TextArea mode.
Note that Editor components that are instantiated from a contentEditable
element will not post their value to the server when submitted within a form. To submit these, refer to the section about posting the inline editor value.
