Description

The Kendo UI Pie Chart allows you to configure a template that is rendered when no series are defined or all series are empty. This functionality is available through the noData.template property.

The demo shows how to configure the noData functionality to render a message for the user and a button to refresh the Chart by binding it to a dataset. This enables developers to style the Chart according to the application needs.

This Pie Chart example is part of a unique collection of hundreds of jQuery demos, with which you can see all Kendo UI for jQuery components and their features in action. View the source code of the demos from the library or directly adapt, and edit them and their theme appearance in Kendo UI for jQuery Dojo or ThemeBuilder.
