Description
The Kendo UI for jQuery Chart is extensively optimized thus enabling you to re-render it extremely fast.
This demo showscases the speed of the redrawing mechanism by constantly updating the series data. You also have the option to choose between the default SVG export format and the Canvas rendering of the Chart, and compare the results in each of these supported rendering modes.
This Chart example is part of a unique collection of hundreds of jQuery demos, with which you can see all Kendo UI for jQuery components and their features in action. View the source code of the demos from the library or directly adapt, and edit them and their theme appearance in Kendo UI for jQuery Dojo or ThemeBuilder.
Description
The purpose of this demo is to provide a benchmark for live Kendo UI chart updates, using multiple chart series and reflecting the frames per second/milliseconds per frame needed to render the chart in different browsers. You also have the option to choose between SVG (default) and Canvas rendering for the chart and compare the results in each of these supported rendering modes.
