The Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC Form supports various Telerik components as editors for its fields. For specific editors, such as the Date components and the NumericTextBox, there is an autocorrect behaviour when you type a value outside the configured min
/max
range. As of the R3 2024 version of Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC, you can turn that feature off if needed.
This demo shows how to disable the autocorrect feature for the editors in the Form, and show a custom validation message to notify the users when an input they have typed is invalid.
The ASP.NET MVC Form control is part of Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC, a professional-grade UI library with 110+ components for building modern and feature-rich web applications. The UI for ASP.NET MVC Form is a server-side wrapper for the Kendo UI for jQuery Form component and comes in the form of an HtmlHelper.
