The Kendo UI for jQuery DropDownTree represents an editor of hierarchical data, rendered in a tree-like structure, which provides multiple selection option and custom nodes.
In this demo, you can see how you can bind the DropDownTree to hierarchical data and make a single selection.

Functionality and Features
- Local and remote data binding–The DropDownTree allows you to bind its DataSource either to local arrays of data or to remote data.
