The Kendo UI for jQuery Grid enables users to work with subsets of its data, such as a single range, multiple ranges, or specific cells, and provides the following options:
- Copying and pasting the selected ranges and cells.
- Exporting data ranges and cells to an MS Excel spreadsheet.
- Exporting valid data ranges to the Kendo UI for jQuery Chart.
This demo showcases how to export the selected data to Excel, copy the selected data to your clipboard, and get the selected data to generate a Chart.
To use this demo:
- Select the cells you want to copy or export.
- Click on the Menu icon at the top right of the Grid.
- Select one of the options.
- When exporting the data to the Chart, make sure both the ShipCountry and Freight cells are selected.
