Description

The Kendo UI for jQuery TreeList component enables the users to search through the data. The Search Panel uses filtering under the hood to show only the relevant records in the TreeList.

The Kendo UI for jQuery TreeList supports data searching by adding a search command inside the TreeList toolbar. Additionally, you can configure the fields included in the search by using the search option of the control.

The current example shows how to enable the Search Panel functionality in the TreeList.

This TreeList example is part of a unique collection of hundreds of jQuery demos, with which you can see all Kendo UI for jQuery components and their features in action. View the source code of the demos from the library or directly adapt, and edit them and their theme appearance in Kendo UI for jQuery Dojo or ThemeBuilder.
