Alt + F10 - move focus to the first button in the toolbar
Left or Right - move between toolbar buttons
Down or Up - move between options in toolbar lists

Keyboard Shortcuts:

CTRL + B - make the selected text bold
CTRL + I - italicize the selected text
CTRL + U - underline the selected text
CTRL + K - create a link to a web page
CTRL + SHIFT + K - remove a link to a web page
Alt + F10 - move focus to the first button in the toolbar
Left or Right - move between toolbar buttons
Down or Up - move between options in toolbar lists (fonts, font sizes etc)
Enter - execute the current command
Esc - move focus back to the content area to continue typing
